“Communication is a profession,” Pauline always says. And it is the profession she enjoys working on the most every day. She has her roots in the greenhouse horticulture industry and is therefore mainly active in this sector when it comes to communication. Since 2015, a new passion has been added: creating the most memorable and engaging corporate events.

Susan’s passion is organizing events. Small or large, it doesn’t matter. Managing everything from A to Z and ensuring it runs smoothly is what she does best. After graduating from hotel management school, she entered the event industry and now has over 20 years of experience. Over the years, she has worked with many major artists and stunning venues both in the Netherlands and abroad.

Tessa joined the LUSH team in January 2024. With roots in the Westland region, horticulture, and hospitality, she is a valuable addition to the team. Tessa gained extensive hospitality experience from a young age, working in a beach club. Today, she has built strong experience in organizing events and is our hospitality expert.

He doesn’t get flustered easily, just keeps going and gets things done. And in between, he enjoys exploring beautiful places on the other side of the world.

Thinking in a practical, hands-on way and making sure things actually get done—that’s Cedric. He’s usually working behind the scenes, but he can also pull a pint when needed.

Photographer & videographer & creatively versatile

Creating dynamic, fast-paced event videos is his passion, and he’s very good at it. Graphic design is another one of his skills. Wout is also known for his dry sense of humor :)
