People sometimes ask me: how do you do it? A more-than-full-time job, and volunteering on top of that. To be honest, I occasionally ask myself the same question. But every time I answer it, I realize it doesn’t really feel like a choice. It feels like something I genuinely want to do.
What an incredible opportunity it was to be invited by the Italian Convention Bureau to attend Italy at Hand, an inspiring event designed specifically for agencies that organise incentive travel. And to top it all off, it was held in Venice. There was no hesitation on my part; this enchanting city has so much more to offer than most people realise.
