Imagine this: you board the ferry for a ‘normal’ staff party… and it turns out the party has already started.

That’s how the day began that we had the pleasure of organising for the Kaars Koffie team on the car-free island of Tiengemeten. Upon arriving on the island, the choice was clear: take the covered wagon or ride a tandem bike to the event venue, where the welcome cocktails were already waiting.

The best bit of the day? Everyone could do whatever gave them a buzz. The daredevils hopped into the RIB, the creative types went off to paint the countryside, whilst others explored the island with the forest ranger or competed in archery and table tennis.

The grand finale: enjoying delicious food together and dancing at the silent disco, surrounded by nature.
