Harvest House is one of the largest grower cooperatives in the Netherlands, specializing in greenhouse-grown vegetables. Together with a group of highly skilled growers and employees, the organization continuously monitors market developments and responds to them with flexibility and expertise. Over the years, these growers have become some of the Netherlands’ leading producers of greenhouse vegetables, not only through scale but also through cultivation innovation and supply chain management.

What was the role of LUSH?

LUSH Communication supported Harvest House as an interim communications specialist. Pauline stepped in to replace the Communications Manager and was responsible for leading the communications department. This department works closely with all divisions within Harvest House and its associated companies, including TNI, Rainbow International, Global Green Team, Snijpunt, and Food Fellows.
